If you are legitimate this should not be a problem. I have been charged with offering a legitimate barn find vehicle to you for sale. The original body panels that Cadillac built this car with are all original and rust free. They are only original once. The title to this Cadillac Eldorado convertible is free and clear. This is a rust free driver quality vehicle that is ready for your families enjoyment, you can add it to your vehicle collection, or you can create your own masterpiece as this is a rust free canvas. Inspections are welcomed and encouraged. If you want a $25,000-$35,000+ show car you should be prepared to recondition this jewel in the proper manner. I will honestly answer any and all questions that you ask. We documented it's removal from the barn with photos as I realize that will be important to some of you. This is a true barn find. I have a lot of photos for you. It was just removed from the barn a few days ago. This is a great 1971 Cadillac convertible. This was the first year of this body style. It was formerly driven by a gentle 70 year old man. Former Shriners parade car, former Sunday driver, rust free, red, black leather, and 100% complete. The factory radio was replaced with a Pioneer remote control cd player. 95,000 original miles. Some furry critters did have some leaves underneath the hood. They affected the hood insulation and appearance of the engine compartment. There is light surface rust. You will want to replace the hood insulation. The air filter still looks new. This Cadillac was driven into a barn and parked along with another rust free vintage vehicle that can be seen in the background. This car has been stored inside a barn for more than a decade. The taxes have been paid every year on this car and their are no legal issues with this vehicle. This Cadillac received a full tune up prior to being parked. It has extra hub caps inside the trunk along with other parts that are pictured. The original dash is perfect without any cracks. Upon its removal from the barn the Cadillac was rinsed off, washed, the gas tank was removed(cleaned, drained and reinstalled), the interior was wiped down with water (no detergents were used on the leather and it is in good shape), the air conditioning was converted to 134A in 1992, most of the air conditioning components such as the drier and condenser were replaced at that time, the new tires were pumped up to their proper level( the tires ride well, but I do not recommend very long trips in the summer heat as they were bought over a decade ago. I can't guarantee they will not blow out under a lot of heat and road stress.), all fluids were checked, a fresh battery was put in it, and it fired right up. It runs and drives great. It was a great driver when it was parked and it rides good now. The rear leveling system works great. The rear end was raised with the top up and lowered with the top down. The windows go up and down. The top goes up and down in a good manner and is in driver quality shape. The trunk lid has some areas on either side where the paint is flaking off. The dust took a toll on the paint in that area or it was poor prep work in the past as this Cadillac has had a repaint years ago. The car still looks good and draws a lot of attention. This is a rare unmolested vehicle ready for you and your families enjoyment. I will assist you or your transporter at pickup.
