Up for a no reserve auction is a 1999 Ford E350 12 passenger van. It is Bi fuel- CNG/GAS. Only owner is a local government run prison. Mechanically runs great. Both front and rear ac's operate nicely. Tires are decent. Interior and exterior are pretty worn as can be seen in pics.
