This auction is for a 2005 Toyota Prius with almost 194K miles on it. It is white outside and tan inside. It has only had one owner and she passed away in February. I replaced the smaller of the two batteries this week. She had replaced the larger of the two batteries recently. All the work she has ever had done she kept the paperwork for. The only physical damage to the car is the black front radiator cover area is gone as it broke and I have not replaced it. I see that part is available on eBay for less than $80 and there is a little damage to the white area that is below it, from pulling too far forward in parking places. I touched up the little rock marks on the hood and also marks on the rear bumper. The fabric areas of this car need to be cleaned or covered. The front seats currently have seat covers on them, but the rear seat has stains that can probably come out. I am rushing to get this listed for the holiday weekend or I would have cleaned them already. Overall this car is in great condition, there is no one in our family that needs a car or we would definitely keep it. Because it has a lot of miles on it I am starting it at a very low price and because we don't need it I am not setting a reserve. This car can be seen in the Riverside, Ontario and San Bernardino areas and I will be driving it a lot this week so that people will know it is for sale and bid. I completely understand that buying a car online can be worrisome but I try to explain in detail anything that is wrong that I am aware of. There are no warranties and you are buying the car as is. I can deliver this car within a reasonable distance for free, but over 100 miles I would like to get .50 cents a mile and you reinburse for cost of gas and my return home on metro-link if necessary. I assume getting the seats cleaned will help eliminate some of the residual smell that lingers in it. I grew up with it, so it isn't something I notice at all anymore. Also- Inside there are about 4 tiny lightbulbs that need to be replaced. Two are gone completely for the little spot lights and two are for the "makeup mirrors" on the visors. Both of the inside lights DO work when the doors are open at night. Just the little lights that are basically unnecessary in my mind.
