I'm selling my beautiful 1978 Honda CT 70 in excellent condition with 950 miles and runs great. It has the three speed automatic so anyone can ride it. This is the only year Honda painted the CT 70 black. It's also the last year they used chrome and had the engine guard. The paint is original and has a few nicks. The chrome is very nice. All the electrical works fine. All the seals on the engine have been replaced. The forks seals and fluid were also changed. The exhaust system was replaced with the OEM Honda pipe from CHP, not the cheap mufflers you see for sale. The seat is new also from CHP. The tires tubes and rims are new. The rims are OEM not repainted. All bearings have been replaced and systems greased. Also new is the carburetor, battery, cables and chain. Many other NOS and OEM parts went in to the bike. I did make one alteration. I installed a 1970 plastic gas tank instead of the metal. This way I wouldn't have to worry about rust. A lot of money went into this bike to get it "dead on". It was never intended for sale. Unfortunately my riding days have come to an end. I'm the registered owner waiting on the title.
