Up for sale is a 1971 Chevrolet Truck with the Cheyenne package. I recently bought the entire contents of a building from a local estate. This truck had been parked in this building with a few other cars and motorcycles since 1991. I was told by the widow that it was a 2 owner truck and the miles were original @ 39,000, but I have no documentation of that. Once the truck was in my possession I sent it to my mechanic where he drained the fluids and cleaned the fuel system. The truck required a new fuel pump and brake booster to become drivable. I also had a new aluminum radiator installed put on a new set of tires and the truck runs and drives very tight. It has only been driven on short distances but seems to be ready for the road. The interior was all original as far as I can tell except I replaced the carpet. I also replaced the door sills while the carpet was out. I took pictures of the floors from the inside and they looked like they did when the truck was new. This is a very original rust free Southern truck not restored. It has been painted before being stored in 1991. I have the original owners manual and the protect-o-plate. Upon inspection they said it was the original exhaust and I added an entire new exhaust system to the truck.
