This 2009 Rav4 will come with a state of Michigan REBUILT title due to an accident a couple of months back in which the Front Bumper and Hood were replaced and painted to match the rest of the car..... Great job done on the work. There was no frame damage. No airbags were deployed. We had the vehicle inspected by the State of Michigan and issued a rebuilt title for it which can be titled and registered in any state easily just like any clear title vehicle..................
