For sale is a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport with 137k original miles and a clean Florida title. Equipped with an inline 6 4.0 liter engine, automatic transmission and 4x4. It runs and drives good, engine is sound and does not show any signs of abnormal sounds, it does not leave any wet spots after being parked, from visual inspection the engine does not shows any signs of leaks, it does not hesitate or throw any check engine codes. Transmission performs well and as expected, no signs of hard shifting or slippage, 4x4 engages in all gears and works well. Tires are in good shape and have plenty of use left in them. Suspension feels good and drives straight. Exterior is in good condition especially for 16 year old vehicle, there are no signs of sun spots, heavy aging or rot. Being a used vehicle minor dings and nics are expected, the most noticeable is a heavy ding on the right rear door (pictured) and a minor crease on the front left door (pictured). The wheels are plasti-dipped black and can be converted back to stock color very simply by peeling it off. The interior is equipped with all power options and a sport trim, it is clean, there are no major rips, burns, stains, or foul odors. The headliner has two small holes from the previous owner (pictured), other then that there is no damage. The Jeep is completely stock, it does not show any signs of previous modifications or evidence of being off-road. It was recently put on a lift and inspected, you are more then welcome to bring your own mechanic.I have described everything as accurately as I can, but please understand this is a 16 year old vehicle and it is expected to have some average wear and its going to drive like a Jeep not a benz, and if you are the person to pick at every little thing, then this is not for you.
