My husband purchased this project 2 years ago as he had always wanted a Mustang. His health did not allow him to restore this and now I am moving and must find a good home for it. We restored antique automobiles professionally in South Florida for over 25 years and have owned many Cushman's.There are many new parts and it looks like the chrome has been done. I wouldn't say that it is show quality chome but it is VERY presentable. The project appears to be very complete however I am not sure if anything is missing or broken. If anything, it looks like there are 2 and 3 of some things, looks like a fairly simple machine. This is the description on ebay when my husband bought it: "1953 Mustang Model 4 Restoration Project in used condition. Many used and restored parts for full restoration. The motor turns over and has spark but I have never tried to start it and this will be sold in as is condition. It looks like the tires are original and the stars and stripes were painted in 1969."The frame #438654 and the engine #38T86. Sold with bill of sale only, there is NO title. Great opportunity for someone!Must be picked up by May 18th as I am moving.
