Up for sale Is this 1994 Jurassic Park Ford Explorer replica. Built as part of a Youtube video series , This ford explorer xlt project was started in 2014. The vehicle features many similar options from the on screen used ford explorer which includes A large Glass Roof Symmetrical cluster deleted dashboard Tan leather interior Dual crt console displays Front and rear faux brush guards Front and roof mounted faux foglamps Dual faux cb antennas Triple tone paintjob Hand painted side decals On screen display of vehicle gauges As for the operational status of the vehicle itself it starts and runs well. Vehicle shifts through all gears. Brakes work well. All electrical options that have not been deleted still work well. Tires are 31" Kelly safari MSR and still have good tread on them. As with all movie cars , this vehicle is designed to look good on camera. The vehicle has numerous dings , dents , scratches , faded paint , rust , cracked plastic pieces , tiny interior rips , wear on the leather and carpets , ect... All of which are not easy to see on camera. As with all movies vehicles this vehicle is designed to sit in front of a camera. The vehicle is meant to be driven on occasion and not as a full time primary vehicle. The vehicle is meant to be stored indoors when not in use. All of the faux attachments on the vehicle are meant to be treated with care as they can easily be knocked off or broken. The vehicles paint jobs is meant to stay out of the elements as it can be scratched or flake off or fade. Most vehicles that are made for cameras are made to be taken well care off in safe environments. Please inspect the vehicle IN PERSON before bidding on it to ensure it is something you would like to own. Known mechanical issues: Vehicles engine has an oil leak from driver side valve cover. Oil leak is not severe enough to effect the engine what so ever. Oil drips onto exhaust header while vehicle is parked for extended periods of time. Audible belt squeak upon cold startup Audible tire and bearing whine at higher speeds. AC has been deleted due to inop. Please be sure to come inspect this vehicle IN PERSON before bidding.
