Vehicle Detail
The SUV is in excellent condition. The Jeep was for my family and now 3 kids are driving their own cars so I don’t need a big vehicle anymore.I did not want to sell the vehicle with known issues. For example, the Jeep wasn’t holding cold air so instead of putting a can of A/C coolant to last 1 month after it was sold, I paid a mechanic to find the A/C leak. The car originally had a notation in the purchase order/title (will provide copy) that it was a Manufacturer buyback not because of the engine but because of the rear door sporadically working. At the time, the rear door periodically needed to be hooked up to a diagnostic computer to clear the error code so the door would shut/lock again. The good news is about 9 months ago, Chrysler quietly came out with a new rear door module . My friend purchased the new module and installed it. The rear door worked!! In fact, we took the car back to the Chrysler Dealer (Tom Edwards) who did a 20 point inspection and it passed! The following expenses have recently been paid to bring the car to excellent condition. Copies of invoices will be provided. $880 to fix Air Conditioning $200 power steering pump $1,180 for a new Hydraulic Fan Assembly $150 for the new rear door module Total Repairs made $2410
