Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Winning bidder MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS of auction end, and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If you are not heard from within 24 hours, your item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.
This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. By backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of item unless noted otherwise per auction specific. If you wish to have it shipped I will do my best to help and share knowledge of shipping a vehicle.
If you are not sure about something, please ask before placing a bid. I make an effort to describe the vehicle best as can, not only in words but also with full detialed high resolution photos with most auctions containing over 100 PHOTOS detailing every inch of the vehicle.
I reserve the right to cancel bids if I do not feel comfortable with feedback history, comments, length of time account established or a prior unpleasent experience. Reserve the right to end any listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
You are bidding on a USED vehicle; the definition of something being "prviously used" applies here. I will do my personal best to show you every fault I find with the vehicle, but some things may very well go unseen such as the fine imperfections an item with age would be expected to have. I am pretty accurate with details most do not see, this is why I have a perfect feedback history as a seller, it's the only way you can trust a seller that you never met and maybe even thousands of miles away from.
I do NOT accept returns on any vehicles (unless stated other-wise). You must read the entire auction and call with any and all questions prior to bidding. I suggest you come and see the vehicle prior to bidding (if you are in the area) and also invite 3rd party inspections.
Fee and Tax Information: A $250.00 eBay processing fee will be added to the final winning bid. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your temporary tag and registration. This applies to all bidders, even dealers and PA residents.
The following fees will ONLY apply in the event that the customer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with us.
A $250.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.
A $25.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a week to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding.
Deposit via PayPal. The remaining balance can be paid by: Cash on delivery (COD), Certified Bank Check, or a Wire Transfer. PayPal is NOT acceptable to pay the entire balance.
