Up for sale is the 1996 VW. My uncle bought this car new in 1996. I will tell you all I know about this car. It has the Diesel engine that is know to run hundreds of Thousands of miles. Just four months ago I had a new timing belt and water pump put in. It has 4 new tires on it. AC works but has a freon leak so it only lasts a few days at best. It has a hitch installed but last year a lady hit my trailer and bent it down. You can see in the underside pictures the damage it caused. This car will start right up and drive just fine. It also has a tow bar setup that was used to pull being an RV. The tow bar is included in the sale of this Car. For the things that are not quite right. If you are still reading you must be interested in VW. The front passenger side door handle is broken. IT worked the other day then a friend went to get in and now it won't open. I will try to fix but for now know it is not working. The car could use a paint job but it worked for me. All but one of the power windows work. The drivers sided the auto stop does not work it will make a clicking sound and try to keep rolling down. I also had the diesel injection pump rebuilt about 3 years ago. And to finish it has a brand new Interstate battery installed today. If you are looking for a quality car that will get you over 45mpg this is the car for you!!! As you can see in pictures it has tinted windows that have made it way cooler. This car was bought in Ohio and I brought it to Fort Lauderdale Florida 4 years ago. It does still have an Ohio title. With the tow bar the winning buyer could easily tow it home if you wanted. Well happy Buying!!!
