1967 Triumph T120R Bonneville motor completely rebuilt to match or exceed factory specs. My father whom raced in the flat track TT races in the early days and whom also has over 50 years of experience working on all or most of the vintage motorcycles of that era has rebuilt this motor meticulously from the bottom up. The only change to this motor is that it has .020 over pistons. Pistons and rings are Hepolite Replaced all oil seals, o-rings and bearings with new Valve guides are Aluminum Phosphorous bronze with 5% nickel Valves are Kibbelwhite annodized black diamond 19 tooth counter sprocket Important to know: Sludge trap was taken out and crankshaft was thoroughly cleaned and new sludge trap was installed. Cams are well within degree specs. Clutch run out has been properly adjusted. Valve timing have been adjusted to specs. Points have also been adjusted to specs. I am listing this motor as local pick up only but I will ship. The buyer will be responsible for making arrangements to have this motor picked up for shipment but I will pack and crate this motor at no expense to the buyer. Approximate weight for shipping will be around 150LBS but because of the girth it will need to be shipped by freight. I might add that if you are not able to afford the freight charges I can remove the rocker boxes and head to meet the correct girth requirements and ship them separately and that way you will not be paying for freight. Within the U.S. motor can be shipped to you within 5-6 days. I apologize folks I misread my triumph book and this motor is a 1967 I thought something didnt look right.
