I am selling my extremely rare Vintage Rockford Taka Motorcycle. The motorcycle is in 9/10 condition and all original. Starts and runs Great, rides great. The motorcycle still has the original tires, in as new condition, with almost no signs of wear. You can tell the bike has been ridden, but not very much. Even the original seat is in new condition. There are some minor scratches on the tank, and it is missing the speedometer cable, (it appears to have never been installed, 0 miles on odometer). The Motorcycle does not come with a title, but it is street legal. This is not a restoration project, as it is great shape already, crank up and go !!! I am not exactly certain of the year of the motorcycle, as I cannot find a decoder for the serial number. TAKA 100 ENDURO Rockford Motors entered the US enduro market with their 100 cc Taka model. It was powered by a Bridgestone 100 cc chromed bore cylinder with rotary valve induction and used a four-speed transmission. The bike stayed in the Rockford lineup until 1975, when Rockford ceased producing motorcycles.
