This is a no reserve auction. The title is free and clear. The high bidder will get this 1965 GMC C10. This is a good project truck for you if you want to restore a C10 or want to create a shop truck. This is a 1965 GMC short wheel base pickup truck. It was purchased in Roanoke, Alabama and remained there until now. This was grandpa's truck. The pastor and his mother have finally decided to move on as they have realized that they will not be restoring it. If you want to restore one here it is for your consideration. This is the same as the 1965 Chevrolet C10. This is a short wheel base, inline 6 cylinder engine, 3 speed on the column, and stepside GMC truck. The top on this truck is in A1 shape. That is a big plus. I don't think anyone is reproducing 1960-1966 C10 roofs or roof skins yet. They may be available, but the last time I checked they were not available. Most are rusted. This C10 needs restoring and it isn't running. You can go back all original, LS engine, big block, or whatever you decide to put under the hood. This is a complete 1965 GMC C10 for you to consider. It has the original wheels. This GMC has decent looking patina. Please see the photos as I have made an attempt to show everything. The windshield will need replacing. Please see the rust underneath the back window. It is a small area of flat metal that should be cut out and fresh metal needs to be welded into that area. It is a flat piece of metal so no specialized metal fabrication is needed. I have no idea how that area rusted. It is a simple fix though. It will need a driver side door glass.The door skin on that same door will need replacing. The driver side front floor pan needs replacing. The passenger side isn't as bad but does have some issues. The inner rockers and cab corners need attention. The firewall and roof are in great shape. The wood inside of the bed is gone. Please see the photos. The driver outer headlight isn't there, and the original tailgate is missing. Please come view this C10 if possible. Please look closely at the photos. Please don't hesitate to ask me anything about this 1965 GMC C10 if you have any concerns. I will assist you or your transporter at pickup.
