You are looking at a 1972 Corvette Stingray 4 Speed that I had purchased from an Estate Sale. The car is titled and registered in my name, free and clear of any loans, liens and is ready to be transferred into the new owner’s name. The car runs and drives. The car has not been on the road since 2005. It has been garage kept and covered. The car needs full service tune up. This car is an AC Car, but there is no AC compressor or condenser as shown in pictures This car is a 4 Speed car The car has Power Windows This car has no rust or rotting out underneath the car The Motor and Transmission is solid The Clutch and the Gears work good The Engine has Stainless Steel Headers and Exhaust The Exhaust is not rotted out The car has MSD Coil, MSD Ignition & MSD Distributor The Interior is great The headlights work The tires are good with no rot The car is straight The doors and hood align and close and are solid and straight The body is awesome and straight The car has Removable Back Window All rubbers on car are in great condition T Tops work good – No Leaks The car has Power Steering Car also comes with Brand New In the Box Chrome Alternator Has Car Cover Has T Top Cover What car needs Needs full tune up Driver side window motor works, but needs a clip so the window will go up and down. The part is an easy fix and is estimated $50 - $100 for part to fix it. In error when backing out of garage I taped the back bumper and made a small crack on drivers side bumper. No damage to the bumper or structural damage. It is an easy fix with fiberglass and touch paint from a body shop. I have enclosed photos of it and it is small minimal damage Please Note I do not know if this is a numbers matching engine so you are buying the car as numbers don’t match. I want to be super honest what I write is what I see. This is a 44 year old car and you are not spending 45K, with a little TLC you got yourself a weekend joy car/show car. This is the last year of the front and rear steel bumpers and no you do not need a frame off restoration This car is missing the door key and I do have 3 ignition keys that is what it came with. I spoke to a lock smith and he said he could make the key for $150. I am not getting the key made, but I am sure you can get it made for less money The drivers side head light paint has some peeling which can be touched up and is in photos. The rest of the paint is beautiful. There is no peeling If this car does not sell, which I am sure it will sell at the end of this auction. I will then get the car detailed inside and out (Waxed, Cleaned & Vacuumed, have the car get a full tune up, Fiberglass and touch up bumper, add Chrome Engine Cover Package (Air Cleaner, Valve Cover and Chrome Alternator) and relist the car at a higher price. I did not clean or wash this car after I purchased it. This is how it was purchased and just imagine if I did. This is what I mean when I say a little bit of TLC. This is a true find and priced to sell for someone’s enjoyment and great investment. With a little TLC you have a great piece of history. These cars are getting harder and harder to find.
