Up for sale is a 1978 Honda XL 125. First off this is a parts bike only. NO TITLE!!!! Bill of sale if needed. Lets start with the things that I know are missing. Side covers, air box lid, points cover, coil, ignition switch, sprocket on motor, sprocket cover, and the shifter lever. Look at pictures I may have missed something. I have the speed o meter, it does appear to work ok. The cable and the wires have been cut and I don't know why. The wires can be spliced back together. The seat will need new foam and a new seat cover. The seat pan is still usable. The tires have good tread on them, but they both have some weather check in them. Both rims appear to be in good usable shape. The ignition switch was cut off. Also missing is the throttle tube, throttle cable, and all the top pieces to the carb. The motor is stuck and the spark plug is broke off. It does appear to have a fairly decent gas tank with a little bit of paint missing and a small dent on the side.. It is very clean inside with very little rust the petcock is missing. The plastic fenders are in good shape. The exhaust seems to be in very good shape. The one turn signal lens looks to have been replaced. I may have one that matches the rest. The tail light and mounting bracket look to be in good shape. Handle bars and handle bar switches seem to be in good shape. The switch buttons move but have not been tested. None of the lights have been tested. As seen in the picture all of the extras I have are the chain, speed o, and back sprocket for the back wheel that's all I have. There may a few other things, nuts, bolts, ect. that I may have missed. Fixer ups or part it out. A lot of good parts. Please ask questions. Shipping is up to the buyer. I have had several bikes sold before and shipped from this location.
