Getting ready to retire so I listed my 2000 Ford F150 4x4 sport, regular cab, short bed pickup truck with 209,848 miles on it but looks, runs and drives great. When I purchased this truck the mileage was 179,049 and the 5.4 liter engine had a bad rod bearing. I had the engine pulled and completely rebuilt and the entire truck gone over. I was told by the previous owner that the transmission was rebuilt shortly before the engine went. Recently the truck developed surging idle and brake issues. On inspection the following repairs have been done to make this truck now run perfectly: New intake manifold New mass air flow sensor New EGR valve New fuel pump assembly (In Gas Tank) Upper and Lower Ball joints Complete new exhaust system (including Catalytic converters) All vacuum controls Four new coil ignitors New brake power booster Bridgestone dueler tires last year AC compressor last year Brakes last year all wheel disc, including new rotors in back with new emergency brakes Class three tow hitch The body of the truck is in good shape except small dent by rear tale light. There is also some rust on the driver’s side door bottom of sill and needs a good wax job. The bed of the truck has a full bed liner. Everything works as it should; AC blows cold, power window, CD player, cruise control and comes with full factory gauges. The interior shows well including head liner, dash board, door panels, floor carpet with exception to hole in driver side seat.
