I am selling this really cool, 1951 Ford, 2-door radical custom for a 95 year old friend who is beyond his custom car building days. I was told to be a radical custom back in the day it took at least 6 body modifications. This car has been nosed (hood emblems and trim removed), decked (trunk emblems removed), shaved (side trim and door handles removed), frenched (headlights, taillights, license plate and antenna recessed into body), louvered (210 hood louvers without a wrinkle), and pancaked (rounded hood corners). All the welding and hard work has been done. This process has been started almost 50 years ago and has been in dry storage the entire time. This is a very solid car from top to bottom and has a very good interior. All of the glass is in good condition and chrome also is good original. This car is being sold without the motor, transmission and radiator mostly because it is out of the car and a nephew would like to have it. However, the nephew said the motor, transmission and radiator are available for an additional $1,500, installed for shipping only, or $1000, if winning bidder has it picked up out of the car. The car rolls, brakes and steers fine, we can help with loading if needed. We would love to see the car finished! I have 100% positive feedback because I don't exaggerate the condition of cars.
