Vehicle Detail

1970 Honda CT70 110cc 4 speed manual This is my 12 year project to build a CT70 from all NOS parts.... after 10 years I decided that this was not achievable... The frame is an NOS factory painted blue-green dealer replacement frame, which is not stamped with a serial number. The triple tree, headlight bucket, shock caps and chain guard are all NOS factory painted pieces. I never could locate a NOS blue-green swing arm, so this is a nice original piece that was media blasted and powder coated silver. All other parts are NOS, current Honda manufactured parts, third party parts or reproductions, such as the seat. All of the fasteners are stainless steel where possible. The wheels are custom two piece aluminum similar to the originals, which are wider than stock with wider street tires. The engine is a brand new Lifan 110cc four speed clutch and has not been fired. Custom exhaust This bike is brand new, top to bottom. No used or refurbished parts went in to this build with the exception of two parts, the plastic gas tank and swing arm All electrical is new and based on a new Honda wiring harness with conversion to 12V with brand new sealed battery. All wiring has soldered connections with heat shrink tubing inside protective, automotive cloth style conduit. All lights work as they should (headlight, hi-beam, tail light, brake light, speedometer and high beam indicator) I have a lot of money into this bike as you can imagine Add gas and oil and you are ready to go! No title. Bill of sale will be provided I have built and restored many of these bikes over the years, with many from scratch, accumulated parts. Previous was a 90cc and it hauled my 215 butt down the road at 50 mph.... I can only imagine what 110cc would be like! I have another pair of the same bikes from 1970 serial numbered frames, professionally painted in black (basecoat/clear). They are also 110cc 4 speed manual that are identical twins which I will be listing at a later date. These are show bikes with no expense spared. Enjoy!
