After 12 years of ownership, it's time to offer you this well cared-for 2000 Pontiac SSEi. Basics: Four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive, tilt steering wheel, power doors, power windows, power mirrors, leather-wrapped steering wheel with radio controls, dual-zone automatic climate control, 6-way power driver seat, remote keyless entry, tire pressure monitor, chrome wheels, supercharged engine, traction control, improved magnetic variable-assist power steering, leather upholstery, 12-way power seats, a head-up display, Bose stereo system, automatic mirrors and a universal garage door opener, OnStar. About this vehicle: I am the second, adult, non-smoking owner of this Galaxy Silver car, since its purchase in December 2003. It was and remains in-house garage-kept! I have most service records for dealer and shop services, some work and parts were done by myself over the years. Late (built June 2000) model-year. Low-mileage (avg. about 5900mi/year). Originally equipped with all available options at the time save for the CD-changer. Features I love about this vehicle include the Supercharged Series II 3800 V6 engine, the Bose amp, and Heads-up Display. Also handy if sharing the car is the two-driver memory seat, unique keyfobs, and customization features. The GM Oil Life System intelligently reminds you when the oil needs changing. Awesome in snow and rain with the Stabilitrak system and Michelin Energy MXV4 tires. Great too are the variable-assist power steering, and the rear air auto-leveling suspension. Shiny chrome "swoopy" wheels with all four original hub covers. Battery is kept under back seat, hood is aluminum, which both help balance the car equally across front and back axles. Always Mobil 1 Oil and Filter changes as per GM Oil Life System (about every 4-5K mi), Shell Premium V-Power Gasoline whenever possible. Transmission shifts smoothly and quietly and has not needed any mechanical work. The Michelin Energy MX4V tires (98V front, 98H rear) have good, matching remaining tread-life. The wheel and tire pictured shown is representative of all four's condition. The rear tail lights are not delaminating at all(one is shown as representative), tiny bit of that (less than 1") just right of center rear. Upgraded (by dealer) digital OnStar - fully operational for hands-free calling if desired. Only year of this generation with door puddle lamps. All original keys.
