Hi, up for sale is my beloved F250 Heavy Duty Super Duty with the very well regarded 7.3 Turbo-Diesel. I will start with the "good", then list the "not so good". THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION, AND THE STARTING PRICE IS ABOUT WHAT I PAID FOR THE WARRANTED REMANUFACTURED JASPAR TRANSMISSION. I am selling it because the company I work for has now provided me with a company truck. Good The transmission was replaced in June 2015 by a Jasper Remanufactured unit. It carries a 100,000 mile or 3 year WARRANTY which is 100% transferable. The mileage when the transmission was installed was 268,479, so there are many miles and many months of warranty coverage left, and there are thousands of transmission shops authorized to do work, should it ever be required. receipt and contract are in one of the attached pic's. It is equipped with 4 wheel drive, and factory auto lock hubs. The 4x4 system work very well. The body is overall very solid and rust free. The interior is quite clean, and has a single disc CD player. The truck has power disc brakes, a great A/C that blows cold in the Texas heat, and power steering. Recent belt, and belt tensioner. It has the XLT package that includes leather seats. The wipers, lights, and cruise control all function properly. Power windows and locks. The headlight lenses, ball joints, shocks, tie rods, drag link, vacuum pump, rear brakes, alternator, and batteries have all been recently replaced. The tires are good, but not new. Has had regular oil and fuel filter changes every 4000 miles. Does not burn oil. I use MobileDelVac. The truck drives straight and worry free. I wouldn't think twice to drive it across the country. Not So Good The front windshield has a crack and several stars. Gravel trucks have been hard on it. Needs windows retinted. The truck has never been in a wreck, but it does have 2 dents. One is in the front driver's fender at the cattle guard where a post got hung up, and the other is in the rear fender on the passenger side. That way when I got it. The box has a goose neck hitch. It was there when I bought the truck. I've never used it, but I was told the guy who bought the truck when new was a gentleman cattle rancher. The driver's seat shows wear through on the leg bolster, the plastic side bolster cover is broken and in sad shape. There are a few small cracks in the dash around the radio, but not very noticeable. The paint on the top of the roof and the hood is looking poor due to sun damage to the clear coat. There are various minor scratches in the paint as well. The driver's door power lock doesn't work. There may be a few miles added to the total, as I do drive the truck occasionally around town. I am considering removing the stirrups or steps to install on my company work truck. Ask question.
