This is a nice little bug I've owned for a few years and had my fun. I need to downsize my collection. Driver quality paint with a few flaws but shines well. Mechanically the car is very sound and well sorted. 1500 single port "HO" motor. Everything works except E brake. No heat. Here is a list of most of what's been done recently :Front & rear shoes , hardware, hoses, wheel bearings,master cylinder, adjustment, and rod adjust:drop spindles:4 kyb shocks:Hella headlights with h4 conversion :cool led tail light boards with triple flash:wiper motor , wiper trans and switch:retrosound radio and kick panels:fuel sender , fuel gauge and vibrator :bug pack shifter, shift coupler and shift bushing:pertronics svda dizzy, coil, wires and Bosch plugs:fuel pump, base and rod:belt:oil switch: pop out windows and seals : previous owner claimed 800 miles on engine rebuild. Seems that way to me. No leaks. Runs good. I've probably put a couple K on the engine.:empi 8 spokes: Michelins:vent seals, door scrapers, window seals and trim. The door rubber is the only thing that isn't new:paint is 3 years old. Looks good but not perfect: interior, recovered seats are mustang:Front fenders are New Mexican. Rear fenders and tail lights are off a 66. :interstate battery: steering gear box, tie rods and alignment Things it could use: drivers window regulator is stiff at times and might catch the scraper if you're not careful. Rear seat if you want one. E brake is Inop. No heat. Both seats slide hard and could use some attention. Pans have been patched by previous owner. The original pans are there with a patch over top. It's functional but not pretty. Frankly the bug is nice enough it deserves to have the pans redone. I just done have the time. It's for sale locally. Must have 5 feedbacks to bid.
