Vehicle Detail
Down sizing. This was my daily driver for 2 months. Now it's been sitting for 6 weeks. I drove it around town today and everything is still fine. I'm want to sell this before things start acting up. This car rides like a Cadillac. It has a chevelle clip that was installed right! Good 350 chevy motor, 600 edelbrock rebuilt carburetor, aluminum manifold and new exhaust with glass packs. 10 bolt chevy posi rear end. New clutch pressure plate and throw out. Saginaw 4 speed and nice Hurst shifter. The tranny is super quiet. The body was removed from the frame. then wire brushed, treated with osmose [ a rust preventative used on steel boats] then painted with 2 coats of rustolium. All the plumbing was redone new fuel lines, brake lines, steel and rubber. Front and rear brakes were redone new including master cyl, booster, and brake leveler. I spared no cost this car stops perfectly. Installed the engine and trans with new mounts. Installed new shocks front and rear. While the body was off it was also treated with osmose. The body has 1/8 plate from halfway down the fire wall all the way to back seat. Fabricated patch panels under the rear seat and some in the trunk from .035 steel and welded in. I then set the body on the frame installed a new wiring harness and interior. The skull on the dash is the turn signal indicator. Speedometer doesn't work needs cable, There is no heater, or wiper motor installed. I have them they go with the car. after the body was assembled and grill fabbed I fabricated the rolled pan in the rear. Then sanded the car with 80 grit then 320 grit and shot with black lacquer primer. If you buy this you can take the body work as far as you want. I HATE BODY WORK! The glass ain't the best but I've driven it at night with no problems side door glass is aircraft plexi The split rear windows are from a 41 willys The tires are 235 15 it could use a size smaller on the front as they rub on a hard turn sometimes on a dirt road. This is the best description I can give I'm very proud of my reputation. So if you have any questions please call 702 289 9212. PLEASE DON'T TEXT I have no idea how to do it. If you buy this car I really think you will like it. You can take it on cruises and make it yours as you play with it Thanks for looking Dave.
