1961 Ford Econoline Truck I’m selling this excellent example of a 1961 Ford Econoline pickup. These trucks are rare to begin with, and most do not look or run as good as this one. This truck has been gone through top to bottom and rebuilt. It runs flawlessly and is a blast to drive! 170 inline 6 recently rebuilt along with the head including valves ground and new seals. The C-4 transmission was also rebuilt along with the carburetor. (About 500 miles on engine and transmission.)Exhaust is NEW from the manifold back. Fuel pump, water pump, starter, solenoid, alternator, electronic distributor, and electric fan are all NEW. The shocks are NEW along with the king pins, bushings, and tie rod ends.NEW Cragar Series 391C Bonneville chrome wheels with fattys in the rear and skinnys in the front give the truck a cool retro look. The interior has NEW Dolphin gauges mounted to a custom aluminum dash panel. The original seats and visors have been recovered and look perfect. The window cranks and door handles are NEW. ALL the door and window seals are NEW, including the window felts, vent window seals, new windshield and back glass along with the seals. The custom aluminum console holds on to the 23” Lokar cable operated shifter. All of the wiring is NEW from front to back and uses a new fuse panel with modern blade fuses.Spray-in color matched bed liner.Aluminum fuel cell mounted in the bed.NEW brakes and brake lines.Custom paint by FULL THROTTLE CUSTOMS about two years ago. The color is Hot Rod Flatz “Diamond Blue”, with white and pearl accents. This is NOT a rattle can paint job. It was professionally painted to give it that one of a kind look.
