Great Driving TR4A, ready to go anywhere in any driving conditions. Car has been owned by my family since 2007. Total engine rebuild 6/2014. New cam, lifters, oil pump vain and rotor, clutch plate, clutch slave, rebuilt tranny with new bearings and syncros, rebuilt starter, 87mm pistons, hastings rings, A.R.E. rear seal upgrade, and all rotating parts balanced. Engine compression is 150 in all cylinders. The head has been rebuilt with hardened seats, new guides, valve seals added, and is not shaved only skimmed flat. The distributor was also rebuilt by Advanced Distributors and recurved to suit newer fuels. Carb rebuild in 6/2013. New front shocks 11/2014. The exhaust manifold in use had been welded by a professional with high nickle rod and is not recracking like so many do. Car has aluminum radiator, coupled with a original 6 blade tropical fan. Rebuilt water pump last month by flying dutchman with 5 vain upgrade. Tires new in 2009, ~5000 miles on them, wheels have all had straightening work done, they are not perfect but they are very good. Wiper motor rebuilt by E. Lawrie Rhoads/Peter Gigliotti fall of 2014. All gauges and lights work properly. The speedometer and tach all work and the needles don't bounce like so many others do. Factory Radio works with factory original speaker. Alternator conversion done in 2008. The car has halogen headlights installed and has plenty of power left to add accessories Top is in good shape. Paint is dark green with light metal flake. The original color was SIGNAL RED. I know the floors were replaced possibly in the early '90s and I believe that is when the car was painted. The interior is in good shape, seats rebuilt with new foam 6/2015, the carpet is in good shape with no excessive wear. It is not pictured but a spare tire is included. The car is ready to drive anywhere in any conditions, in 100 degree heat it keeps its cool. The only piece that is not included with the sale is the sun visors pictured on the car, they were destroyed by accident when an individual at a car show broke them.
