1986 Chevrolet Silverado Hello, this truck your bidding on is an excellent old truck it is my daily driver. I've kept it serviced regularly and its very well maintained. Anything it has needed I put on it and fixed it right. The truck runs and drives great. The 6.2 in the truck is a good one I've had a few of these between me and my family and this is the best one with the most power and uses no oil. Everything on this truck works including the cruise and duel fuel tanks. The truck is in very original condition with original paint and there is absolutely no rust on the entire truck except one small spot which can be seen in the pictures on bottom of driver side cab corner. The truck spent most it's life in southern Alabama so therefore it's super solid. I actually drove this truck 500 miles home when I bought it and would not be scared to drive it anywhere today. The truck has a few leaks underneath the drive train nothing major just the 6.2 sloppers a little bit which every 6.2 diesel I've owned has but not enough to use any motor oil just looks bad. The truck needs a paint job the paint is dry and thin. It also wouldn't hurt to have a tailgate it's hard to close and beat up a little. The bed has been used the floor is covered with a plastic mat put it has dings and dents on it. The top of the bed rails have dents on them as well which you can see in the pictures. There's a small dent in the front passenger fender which you can barley see but it's in the pictures. The grille is cracked on both sides. And the top of the drivers side door by the window and roof and cowl I've touched up with paint where the original paint was almost gone. Other than these flaws it's a great truck and wouldn't take much but a little body work to make this a very nice truck. All the parts and work I've done on it I will list below.
