Up for bids is this 1950 chevrolet 3600 pick up truck.The truck is bone stock with a 216 cubic inch engine with a 4 speed on the floor manual transmission.The truck,starts,runs,drives and stops well.The clutch feels good with no slipping or chatter and the trans shifts smoothly.Everything works on this truck but the speedometer.might be a cable i haven`t looked into it.lights work,horn works,turn signals work,wipers work even the heater works.The brake system has been completely gone through.rebuilt master cyl. ,new wheel cyl.,new rubber brake lines.new front brake shoes ,new return springs.The system was flushed and works as it should.The E brake works good as well.The truck has no rust except for a very small spot on passenger cab corner.{2 holes about the size of a pencil eraser}The floors are nice and solid.rockers are great.The door bottoms great.just a solid N.W. Ks. truck.The tires are black ,round and hold air.There is a dent in the roof.Should be visable in pics.There is a dent in the top of the bed rails.One about midway down on the passenger side and one on the rear of the drivers side.I have taken pics of all of these.It has a brand new seat cover and padding kit installed.The doors close nicely.and windows roll up and down easily.There is one crack in the passenger side windshield up high. all other glass is good.It has a brand new 6 volt battery, brand new spark plugs.There is another chrome bumper and brackets I believe for the rear.This truck has allot going for it.It`s pretty much rust free,runs and drives, good ,has not been modified or butchered up.Looks like last on the road before I found it was 1977..It was stored in a garage.with what looks like a pretty good repaint back in that time frame.[They just didn`t address the body work before spraying..PLEASE BE REALISTIC !!!.Although in better shape than most, This is a 65 year old farm truck with it`s share of dents and bruises.The truck is located in Hoxie Ks. 67740.
