Vehicle Detail

Mechanical condition: Runs and drives great, daily driver for 4+ years. Electrical starting issue that causes a "click" sometimes multiple times before firing, but always fires. Other SVX owners have solved this issue by adding a relay in the starter circuit or by changing the ignition control module. Hankook Ventus s1 noble2 tires have 24,000 miles and have been rotated regularly. All standard maintenance has been performed and I can provide a list of all work from oil changes/tire rotations to major work done. Timing belt and water pump and spark plugs have been changed in past six months. An oil analysis performed by Blackstone Labs in June 2015 after 5648 miles on conventional 5W-30 came back impressive: Thanks for the note. This first sample from your SVX is a beauty! We haven't seen copious samplesfrom this type of engine, but the universal averages from the ones we have seen are in the far right column. They show what typical wear looks like in this type of Subaru engine after about 4,500 miles on the oil, andyour wear levels are much lower in comparison after a longer interval, which is impressive. That's especiallytrue since you didn't add any make-up oil during this run that would dilute the metals. The thin viscosity isfine, so try going 7,500 miles next. Nice! Exterior condition: Left quarter panel has damage from being backed into in May 2015. Clear coat on most of hood and roof is gone. Glass is in good condition. Interior condition: Clean. Non-smoker owned. All power functions work including sunroof. Some plastic driver side lower door trim has broken. Power antenna motor is disconnected due to the mast breaking at car wash. Radio still gets local stations. Other options not listed above:Stock lug wrench, chocks, tire jack and spare tireRear window defrost and wiperSide mirror defrost, power side mirrorsFog lightsAvailable if wanted with car: Front license plate bracket, (1) inner tie-rod end, headlamp assembly (installed assemblies are in great condition, came with car when we purchased it), (3) oil drain plugs/gaskets and other hardware, unused TorqFlo power steering fluid cooler, front seat covers, front and rear all-weather mats (not custom but fit well). This car has been well maintained mechanically and has given me 60,000 miles in 4+ years of ownership. Parting with it only due to lack of space, or I would hold onto it forever. Will make a good daily driver for winter weather or any weather, or whatever you need it for. Thanks for looking!
