I bought this bike from the original owner...she purchased it new. At some point her husband painted the frame purple for her, and the bike got pushed to the back of the garage. He bought her another bike in better condition, and made a beautiful bike out of the two. This bike runs and rides great! The engine sounds like it's new...no piston rattle...it runs perfectly and starts easily. The wheels are in great condition. It does have plenty of issues: nothing electrical works, the side box is actually for the left side-it is broken badly, and only has one bolt holding it on for the pictures, the steering stops are broken, the forks have some pitting, the gas tank is dented and sealed inside-poor job, the seat cover is loose from the pan-duct tape is holding it on, the front fender has some dents, there is no speedometer cable, and the choke cable has been shortened because it was broken.
