I just bought this car and I just love it. However, I never sat in it until it was delivered and now I find that it really isn't designed for the rotund type with a large girth. Unfortunately, I am listing it for sale. I looked for a long time to find this type of car, with this updated equipment and with such great mechanical condition. It is difficult to find this type of car with 4 wheel disk brakes. The title reads that this is a 1958 Volkswagen body type Beatle. This buggy was rebuilt from the ground up. You can see from the pictures that there are all new parts on the front end, all new bearings and bushings, new tie rods, new brake lines, a new clutch, and a new 1600 motor. It has a VW bus rear end, a bus trans, new tires, new front and rear lights, new rear mirrors, new glass and new trim. It was painted with black cheery metal flake paint and there is a lot of chrome on the motor, It has all new nuts and bolts. It runs and drives great. To complete the car, a back rear seat might be nice (standard or custom made). Some people just carpet the back to use it for carrying things. If you have any questions please call, 1-847-658-1333.
