2003 Ford Ranger. I have owned since 05/13. Since then.....Sway bar link kit, both, stabilizer bar control, standard brake service, front w/bearing repack, clean adjust rear drum brakes, ball joints both lower-front, lifetime alignment service Firestone, Leaf springs, always synthetic oil, new battery, plugs & wires, 4 new tires (on 05/2015 @ 163,762miles- tires have 6044 miles on them) Firestone Destination LE2 P-Metric Owl P225/70R15 with 60,000 Mile limited warranty, (all previous work done at Firestone Store #327690. have receipts) New alternator on Dec 28, 2015 **TRANSMISSION IS BEGINNING TO SLIP. IT JUST STARTED 12/21/2015 ON WAY BACK FROM GETTING NEW ALTERNATOR. I START OUT IN SECOND, THEN MANUALLY SHIFT INTO DRIVE/OD During spring & fall, without using a/c truck was averaging 26 mpg. with a/c, 24 mpg. Same during winter months, 24mpg. Vehicle was driving great up into the transmission issue. I was mainly using vehicle to and from work (75 MILES ROUND TRIP). Was going to fix trans, but decided to purchase Chevy Colorado instead.
