Up for bid is my first brand new car and I'm sad to see it go. Original, mature owner selling a rare STi Special Edition in World Rally Blue which was not sold in Canada. Vehicle is a US vehicle located in the Toronto area, (WHICH REQUIRES NO EXTRA STEPS FOR RE-IMPORTATION INTO US!) and this is the ONLY reason for the low price - exchanging into Canadian $!. The Special Edition was sold in limited numbers in the US only and offered improved handling with multiple suspension part updates and had a slightly lighter weight. ONLY REASON I'M SELLING IS BECAUSE MY KIDS ARE GROWING AND I BOUGHT A LARGER VEHICLE! Hate to sell it, but I have to move on. Imported into Canada by owner in July of 2010 and has seen just shy of 100K kms (63K miles) of pampering. Major 96K km (60K mile) service just completed. Car has had nothing but Motul 8100 X-Cess 5W-40 oil (full synthetic, PAO/ester blend) since new at religious 5K km (3500 mile) intervals. Proper custom, slightly conservative, Stage 1 pro-tune (using speed density on both, dyno and street) by Mike McGinnis at Innovative Tuning in Buffalo NY at 10K kms (6K miles) after a diligent and patient break-in. Car doesn't consume ANY oil (less than a litre/quart in 5 years - extremely rare for these cars), zero knock with perfect AFR's and puts out 280hp at the wheels on a Mustang dyno (approx. 340 crank hp) while running incredibly reliable and perfectly smooth as a daily driver in the real world. Turbo seals are perfect thanks to proper warming up and cooling down of the car every time it's driven. The car also has a second map/tune installed (and is switchable via the Si-Drive dial on the center console) which gives stock power numbers, but in a far safer and smoother manner, which is great for expensive and soft winter tires. Rust proofing done using Corrosion Free non-drip, non-toxic formula (by an independent shop, NOT Canadian Tire). Well-known Toronto area Subaru specialist Jason Luu (Apex Automotive Solutions) can vouch for the car and that all services are complete and up to date based on Subaru's maintenance schedule. New brake pads front and rear in late '13 with lots of life left. The car is TIGHT. Car is being sold with a set of 17" white Braid rally wheels (true motorsport wheels made in Spain) wrapped in Bridgestone Blizzak WS70 tires. OEM wheels in pics are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Also included with the car is a Cobb AccesPort V2 (allowing complete removal of the custom tune to return ECU to stock, along with many other features), full winter mat set, retractable cargo cover, spare and valet keys, full books and manuals, etc. Little details; All service records since new 3M clear bra on bumper, hood and mirrors Scotch Guard on all Alcantara portions of the seats, front and rear from day 1. Note: In the effort to be totally transparent, the car has an insurance claim record in the vehicle history report for a VERY MINOR scratch and dent thanks to an elderly gentleman who backed into the front left corner at 1.5km/h ‎(1 mph) in a parking lot. I wasn't settling for a bumper skin patch-up, so demanded the entire skin be replaced, which is why the total was $1800. ZERO FRAME/MECHANICAL DAMAGE!
