This car looks and drives as good as it did when it rolled off the assembly line, if not better. I would rate the Interior a 9.5/10 the seats are in excellent condition, the front seat bolsters do not have any wear on them, all functions work and operate on the manual 12-way Vader seats as they should. The Front dash is very clean no cracks, the Rear seats are excellent, and Rear deck-lid has no sun damage. The Exterior of the car is a solid 9.0/10 the front fascia has minor stone marks from driving, the front lip been replaced to protect the undercarriage. Front bumper has not been drilled for license plate, the car was ordered as spoiler delete from factory. The paint is smooth and looks excellent under the sun, always waxed with Zymol. The wheels are curb and rash free, tires are Michelin Pilot Sports and have only 1K miles on them.Under the hood the car features the revolutionary S50 Power Plant (3.0L 240HP). These engines have been noted to be one of the best M engines produced by BMW M GmbH. The E36 M3 in the late 90's was known to be the car out performing every car in its class and is one of the most recognized M cars in the market place today. The abs light comes on if the car has not been driven in a while, very common for older german cars, usually will go away after normal driving. It does not affect the driving or the performance. There are rock chips on the front hood, and bumper, small 1/2" imperfection on roof, near top left corner of windshield, and a very small chip on the front windshield, that has been filled in. This is normal wear for a car of this age. I recently had the entire car clay, buffed, and waxed. Please keep your expectations in check. Last auction the car hit $16K, highest bidder of this car was a dealer who specializes in M cars, but could not come up with the funds to complete the transaction. The market on these cars are on the upward trend, as this car has now hit 20 years old, it will only continue to rise, similar to how we have seen the E30 M3 spike in price over the past few years.
