Vehicle Detail
1972 Formula 400 W/ Ram air Hood Due to family obligations, I am forced to sell my dream project. Everything is there including additional sheetmetal to repair the body. NOM Engine Block. Everything else is correct for the car. Things I have purchased for it and the improvements I have made are too numerous to list. Please feel free to ask whatever questions you might have.On Dec-12-15 at 11:36:26 PST, seller added the following information: Hello everyone , The floor and truck are in really good condition with very little surface rust on the floors. I have all of the interior parts and trim pieces. The seats look great I've had them wrapped in plastic bags since I took them out of the car. The rubber nose, the grills and ram air hood is in great shape. The underside of the car still has 80-90% of the undercoating on it. I disassembled the front end of the car sand blasted the entire thing. I coated the inner frame with rust preventative. Then primed and painted it. Rebuilt the the front end putting new ball joints bushing and hardware. I started on the body work with the passenger quarter. After stripping the paint I decided to replace the quarter instead of patching it. So I bought the quarter skin, trunk drop and the outer wheel housing for both sides. I don't think that the entire trunk drop or the wheel housing needs to be completely replaced but I wanted the entire pieces just in case. I don't believe the drivers side needs as much work as the passenger side does. The doors close perfectly with no sag. I don't think the doors will need much if any work. All the parts are there to complete this car and for a lot of the project I've seen this one doesn't need all the work that a lot of them need. I'm got to delete some photos to add some more on the bottom of the car.
