This 1 of only 175 Ram Air III convertible 4-speeds produced in 1969. It is a factory triple black car, making it even more scarce. Pontiac Historical Services document the factory options as: ~Ram Air III engine~M-20 four speed transmission~Hood Tachometer~Rally II wheels~Power antenna~8-track tape~Soft Ray glass~Clock~AM radio~Power steering With less than 50 miles since engine was rebuilt, new paint and new convertible top, the car runs and drives without any issues and has plenty of power to boot. Exhaust sound great and not loud. The appearance of the car speaks for itself. Interior is in very nice condition, with very little ware.The engine compartment is nicely detailed. The period correct 428 4-bolt main motor idles smoothly, without any funny noises and doesn't smoke. 428 now puts out in excess of 390 horsepower. Other upgrades include the addition of power disc brakes, instead of non-power drum. The car is super solid and has 95% of it's original sheet metal. Lower fender patches and 2" around rear wheel lips were replace. It retains solid and unmolested, original floors and trunk pan. Finding an other triple black Ram Air III convertible, of this caliber, is not an easy find.
