Up for auction here is my 1977 Chevy Custom Deluxe 4x4. It is only showing only 93,800 miles as of now. Original 350 engine, th350 transmission, and 3.73 Gears that run & shift great. It is a Very clean straight mostly original type of truck that has been well cared for. It has spent its life in North Carolina & Tennessee. Truck drives very nice, and would probably pull a house down in Lo Loc. A great example of old technology that still works! Some things have been tastefully updated as of late- New 31x10.50x15 Cooper ATR tires on the original ralley wheels with nice original trim rings and centers New Brakes all the way around, and new brake calipers New factory replacement Monroe shocks all the way around New factory Replacement leaf springs, Rough country stabilizer shock, & Moog polyurethane swaybar bushings New billet distributor New AC Delco spark plugs New Headers, & custom Flowmaster exhaust system that sounds very nice New Battery New Starter Rebuilt Quadra-jet carburator New CD player and sound system New outer window seals New Autometer Monster Tach with shift light Underside of truck has been cleaned, and undercoated to preserve it from the weather. Truck has been refinished once in the original Cardinal Red Paint several years ago. Shows very nice probably 8 out of 10 with only a couple small blisters under the paint. The interior is also very nice, but shows some age also & is not perfect. It does have some cracking on top of original dash pad, and seat top has been recovered. Inside of bed has spray in bedliner to preserve it also, which has a few imperfections in the finish as well. Still has all original soft ray glass, rear sliding window, original Owners manual, and dealer order sticker in the glove compartment. Factory chalk marks from the assembly line are still present on this truck. It is a time capsule, and still sits just the way it was ordered! Very nice truck! I really hate to see it go, as I was brought home from the hospital at birth in a Red on Red 1977 K10 that my dad had all through my childhood & I ended up with in high school, but sold it and have chased finding another one for many years ever since, which is why I now have this one. I am trying to raise money for my Mom, and thats why I am selling it, as she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer & will be traveling to undergo treatment at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore Maryland. She has no money for travel or accommodations, due to her having to stop working from the pain last July, and her disability has still not yet kicked in, as there is a 29 month wait period from her diagnosis.
