I threw a rod. Is that serious? Yep. The mechanic told me it was a spun rod bearing. Car starts and runs but not very well. It sounds like a machine gun under the hood. Will make a good car if you are interested in repairing the engine. Otherwise, there are lots of good parts that could be sold off. There is a crack in the windshield but everything else is working fine. It has never been in an accident. There is no rust, a couple minor parking lot dings on the door. I am the second owner and it has been a non-smoking car. If you win the auction you will be able to drive it away but if you need to drive it a long distance, you may want to look into other options.
