1953 Chevrolet Bel Air - 2 door sedan, 6 cylinder standard shift. Runs, drives and stops. . Orginally Arizona car, Car now has Indiana title in my name now. Odometer reading 37-38K probably turned over is 137-138K. All gauges work.. All lights and signals work. Radio also works. New gas tank. Rims have been sandblasted and painted outside and inside... Nice. Interior nice including headliner. Needs carpet and trunk mat. Smokes a little when first started especially when choke is on and probably a little when you drive it. Engine has a little lifter noise, probably needs rock arms or valves adjusted. Rust on passenger side floor, has hole about 4"x6" area, has a patch on it for now (I was told by the provious owner it is where the heater core leaked.) It now has a new heater that works. There is a small hole on driver's side toe board about 1/2"x3" rused spot. The rest of the floors are very good. Trunk is very good shape, no rust. Surface rust below rear windws and below Bel Air trim on side. See pictures. Plenty of marks and scratches over the body of the car.
