If you’re looking at this auction, then you are already familiar with the comfort, reliability and durability of these cars. Ford/Lincoln made these fleet cars to go forever, parts are inexpensive and easy to work on. The car has been in our family for 11 years and approx. 160,000 miles. The car has always been serviced by The Beltsville Garage, 11270 Baltimore Ave, Beltsville, MD 20705, 5-Star Rated (Yelp). Oil changed every 3K miles and recommended maintenance was done here. This car was driven on a 90 mile highway commute, that’s how the mileage accrued. This Lincoln was specifically selected for comfort and reliability for this commute. We took the car to the beach this summer with no problems. We’ve not driven it much in the past 5 months, and we’re not doing the commute any more, so it’s time for her to go where someone can use her. Engine and transmission run great. New battery too. Newer, matching Cooper tires. Power seats, windows, mirrors, etc all work. Interior in clean great shape, it’s just had a fresh detail w/ carpet shampoo and wax. Following the Golden Rule, here’s the items that may keep the Lincoln from being perfect: Recently, the brake pedal goes down further than it used to. The CD player works fine and sounds great, but no sound from the radio. There are no big dents and it is still shiny, however, there are your typical scuffs and chips, but no dents. The clear coat on the left quarter is peeling. This is an as-is vehicle, which means that once you buy it, you own it with all faults (known or unknown).
