2003 Dodge 2500 4x4 Cummins Diesel For starters this pick-up is absolutely one of the most solid and rust free trucks that I have ever seen for its age, overall a high 8 out of 10. In the past two weeks I have put 2,100 miles on it going to Florida to pick up a 6,300 lb. boat, it never hesitated once or gave any signs of mechanical issues. Transmission was completely gone through before I received this truck. I had a shop service the trans. and make sure everything was still in great shape prior to this trip. Injectors at one point have also been changed (stock) per the service tech that ran through the computer specs on truck. All known issue's associated with the older Cummins motor and issue's have been fixed over the truck's life. Previous owner owned this truck from 2006 and only drove it as a daily driver to work, "dont ask me why". The pick-up does not nor never had even a brake controller or gooseneck hitch. It was told to me the truck had never pulled anything, which if you see you could believe. Whoever wins this truck will have a solid one for many years to come. The underneath of truck cab/frame doesn't have any rust and it doesn't have one drop of undercoated. It has never had a performance mod. nor has been owned by any kids, further more no one under 50 years old. I would venture to say this 2 owner truck might be one of the only one's left that hasn't been abused and only driven as if it was a car. Below is a list of parts I have replaced since I have owned - New 10 ply Hankook commercial A/T tires- New brakes & front rotors- New front stabilizer shock- New hub assemblies(didn't need them just preventative maintenance) - Motor oil & transmission oil changed and flushed- New crystal clear oem style headlights Truck has several cosmetic dents on passenger side, easy fix
