1972 Honda CL350 Scrambler This is a mechanically 100%, customized vintage motorcycle with fully functional lights, turn signals, horn, and everything it needs to pass inspection in any state. 2 mirrors can be mounted on the lever perches (standard M10 thread). I can hop on and ride it whenever I want without worrying about its reliability. However, I have 4 other motorcycles and I don't feel like I ride them all enough to justify having them around, so I'm going to let some go to new homes. It's won a few local shows & always draws a crowd. It would be no problem to ride this every day with just regular maintenance, and look cool doing it. No one else you meet will have a bike like this. Purchased from a climate-controlled collection with 2400 miles on the bike (Originally red). Custom work completed in Dec. 2012. Always garaged since then. Now has 5433 miles & you can tell it is still in extremely good condition. It's honestly better than most "restored" examples I've seen & has the benefit of having factory quality chrome and components. All original chrome/polish is in amazingly good condition, except for some imperfections on the wheel rims and underside of exhaust. New paint, powder coat, etc. Some of the negatives I feel like I have to mention: Currently it is kick start only (but very easy to kick over. Most average-sized people can kick it over with their arm). Starts easily, even when cold. The switches/controls look cool, but since they're small/clean they're not as easy to operate as factory switches. Rear tire probably needs replacing fairly soon. It's about $70-80. Customized into a unique scrambler style. One-off custom front plate with turn signals. Professional HID headlight retrofit with custom shroud. Charging system & ignition upgraded for reliability with quality components. Completely new custom wiring harness created for this motorcycle, with brand new connectors, wiring, loom, etc. Reinforced & shorted frame with hammered black powder coat finish to match the handlebars and gauge clusters. Clean/minimal handlebar controls that still allow for all factory functions. Custom seat, shortened rear fender, and slim signal a tail/brake lights. Starter removed for kick-only starting (Always starts on the 1st kick). Starter & related components can be included in sale if new owner wants to refit after purchase.
