More fun than what should be legal! Such an inexpensive way to get into the car scene or add to your collection. This Bug was a shop ride for the famous Volksrod shop in Ogden. She went by the build name of Sweet Pea and was the owners ride for quite some time. This bug is ready to hit the road but has a few flaws to be noted. Nothing keeping her off the road but noteworthy. It does have some rust in the lower part of the pillars where doors attach. Been like that for decades and probably good for decades more. Exterior rust is perfect and I wouldn't touch the patina other than some patina keeper from Eastwood. Interior looks really good other than the headliner. She does run well right now and probably gets amazing millage. Not sure on much of the engine history. Previous owner said it had about 2000 miles on the build but nothing to confirm that. I have bought and sold hundreds of bikes and cars on ebay and worked at ebay corporate for several years. I sell my own vehicles and help close friends list their vehicles who aren't as tech savvy. I've noticed through my purchases online that things always look better in the digital world than in real life. Keep that in mind when making a purchase.
