Selling a 1967 Chevrolet El Camino Custom 2 door pickup that needs restoration. Cowl trim tag deciphers as follows: 07A-July-1st week, 67-year, 0375-plant tracking number, 13680-El Camino (Custom and Malibu) 2 door sedan pickup 3 passenger, KAN-Kansas City, Missouri 1965-69, 10553-Unit #,729-A-medium blue imitation leather bench seat, F-F-Marina Blue (upper and lower), E-tinted windows, 2EM-airconditioning and power glide. The vehicle comes with a 1961 283CID engine that is disassembled. Will need rings, bearings, cam and lifters. I have the complete engine flywheel to fan, air cleaner to pan. A power steering bracket was removed in the past. The factory AC unit with all brackets are there. This engine has a 2 barrel carb. I'll give you the story I got. This vehicle was hit in the left front in 1985 and sat in storage since the last 2 years. The front ears or horns are bent. Measurements were taken and the frame is not diamond shaped. Only the horns need to be straightened. El Camino's have a boxed frame and this probably saved it. All glass is good though someone put clear silicon around rear window and windshield. Passenger windows go up and down. Passenger vent window lock does not work properly. At sometime bench seat was removed and buckets and a console put in it's place. I believe they are 1967. Truck has a 10 bolt rear end, non posi, ratio unknown. Tailgate and bed in good condition. Gas tank was seeping by drivers strap, needs a radiator. Front floor has sound deadener showing on drivers side, passenger side is soft. Brakes will need work. There is body filler in both lower rear quarters and rocker panels. Door frames have black plugs to suggest rust proofing. I saved AC condenser but don't known if it is useable. Front clip has inner wheel wells and radiator support. Two front wiring harnesses, four hood hinges. Will need a headliner. Vehicle has been repainted. Later style rally wheels with old Firestone Steel Radial 500's HR78-14.
