This was a completely restored Vette finished spring of 2015. There was a dash fire that led to the damage that it now has. Very rare fuel injection, ( 283ci-283hp,mt ) one of 713 produced in 57. Motor number F507EL on a correct block number 3731548. Equipped with the optional 4 speed transmission ( only 664 Vettes with the 4 speed )and positraction rear axle. The damage is contained to the interior and exterior body panels. The hood and trunk lid were beyond repair and have been disposed of. The doors open and shut with good panel fit. Seat frames and seat springs are ok. The entire drive train is excellent including the motor an FI unit. The motor turns over but I am not going to start it. Radiator is ok and full of antifreeze. Brake pedal is good and stops the car with no leaks. All chrome is new but the windshield frame will have to be redone. The rest of the chrome and stainless is fine. All 5 tires are ok and the hubcaps are excellent. The frame is a no hit and no rust frame. This is a great project car that is worth 100K plus when done. I can deliver it to Corvettes at Carlisle.
