Up for auction is an absolutely beautiful 1976 Honda CB400F Super Sport with just 4461 original miles! This was a one owner bike for nearly its entire life - which was spent exclusively in Havre, Montana (a dry climate - ideal for preserving vintage bikes). It was with the original owner for 3500 of those miles, before being bought by a local doctor, who put another 1,000 highway miles on the bike driving between Havre and Great Falls over the course of one summer. Overall this CB400 is in absolutely stunning condition, and you just don't see them in this condition, or with such low original miles very often. This bike is currently for sale at Leland's Honda in Kalispell, Montana, where it received a complete tune up, and had the timing chain replaced, by Honda certified mechanics - so it is in excellent running condition. The engine is noise free, and simply purrs. It fires right up, and rides great! Here are just a few of the other GREAT aspects: Original Yokohama tires, seat cover, grips, chrome, decals. Tight suspension. Engine runs like a Swiss watch. The chrome on the pipes is shiny, and overall they are in very nice condition. Includes both the center stand and side stand, which still has the rubber buffer. The tank was recently professionally repainted, and looks stunning - the red absolutely pops. This CB400 really is in beautiful condition, and the few minor defects I have been able to find have been described above in the condition description. Beyond that, this is a bike that will bring a thumbs up from anyone who sees it, and looks incredible on the road - it is also a lot of fun to ride! Shipping arrangements can be made out of Missoula, Montana, as that is probably a cheaper option than Kalispell, but the bike can be picked up in either location.
