5.5L Hand-Built Supercharged V8, 493 HP, 516 Ft-Lbs Torque I've owned this for 4 years, and I am the 2nd owner. It is our summer weekend cruiser, stored in winters. Regularly maintained by Wagner Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury (MA). New Michelin Pilot Sport AS tires at 60K, good tread left. Wheels are straight, no curb rash. Everything works as it should. I have all service records during my ownership. Last 'A' Service was in August, 2015; last 'B' Service was in June, 2013; next 'B' Service not due for 12,400 miles. Valve cover gaskets, rear flexible disk, and supercharger clutch bearing have already been replaced. Original sticker was over $130,000. ABC (Automatic Body Control) working properly, no leaks, fluid is clean. Power hard top works flawlessly. Driver seat heaters rear and bottom have been replaced, both seats fully working. Fingertip shifters on back of steering wheel (photo). 2005 was the first year of DVD navigation - earlier years used a 10 CD set. The AutoCheck report shows a failed emission test in September. That was because I reset the driving cycle with my new scan tool. It has since passed the emission test without issue. This was my 6th Mercedes, my 4th SL, and my 2nd AMG, selling to make room for my new SL63 AMG. This is the right color and the right options. It rides tight and needs nothing. It will put a smile on your face every time you drive it. The AutoCheck report is clean; the Carfax shows an "accident or other incident" to the front. When I bought it, there was a scrape on the passenger side headlight that went onto the fender. I was able to buff most of it out - see the last photo. You won't see it unless you are looking for it. Also, the nav display has a spot on the bottom with pixel loss, about 1 1/2 inches long, and 1/8 high. Not bad, see the next to last photo. Pre-sale inspection welcome. I have one remote key and 2 mechanical keys, and all tools, manuals, luggage nets, windscreen, etc, are included. NOTE: the black thing with a wire on the top right corner of the windshield is an antenna for my portable satellite radio. The antenna is magnetic and will be removed prior to sale.
