This Auction is for a Factory Built 1965 Backdraft RT3 Roadster. It was custom ordered from Backdraft Racing in South Africa to my specifications and completed by Vintage Motorsports in January of 2012. This is NOT a kit car. You can distinguish the kit cars because they don't have windshield wipers that some states require for registration. Backdrafts also have a bit longer wheel base making it more ideal for taller drivers. It has 4957 gently used miles on it. It has never been track driven per the requirements of my Classic Car Insurance Policy. All maintenance records have been kept. The car just had an annual maintenance tuneup with the whole car being gone over with a fine tooth comb. It has never ran better. I have two Bridge-it Curb ramps that will allow you to take the car up a traditional driveway curb without worry of scraping the front that i will throw in. I also have two Backdraft mechanic fender protectors and a spare air cleaner filter that are included. A lead hammer, wire and wiring pliers for taking the knock-off spinners off and on are included also. Just purchased some lake property, so selling so I can get some lake toys instead.
