Vehicle Detail
For sale is my 2009 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. This was purchased by my father brand new in 2009 and given to me in 2012. The title is in my name and is clear of any lien. This is not a perfect cosmetic jeep as there are some issues that I listed in the condition. I wouldn't think twice about driving it all day long. The most off-roading I have done with it is drive around the edges of my fields. Some recent repairs have been new U-joints in the front along with a driver side new caliper (was sticking pretty bad). The brakes are relatively new in about the last 18 months. Something that needs to be adjusted is the parking break as it only catches at the top of the parking break pull lever. The tires are in good shape and have plenty of tread left. They were mounted in April of 2014. Oil changes have been Mobil 1 5w-20 and Mobil 1 filter each time the change oil light went off. Have had no issues with the engine or transmission at all. Locking differentials function as does the electronic sway bar disconnect. Seats are wet okele seats with piping that matches the orange sunburst paint of the jeep. Underneath those seat covers the seats are in fair condition (some coffee stains, father had a dog) and the passenger seat has a small hole the size of a dime. The Wet Okeles have been in the jeep about 2 years and they are very nice seat covers. I have the soft-top hardware and the factory soft-top itself but it has a hole in it about the size of a silver dollar that I repaired so you can see the patch. It's been stored off the hardware and inside my house for the last year. I never got a chance to put it on this summer. I also have storage bags that are made to store the freedom top panels and are currently storing the jeep soft top windows. They've been inside as well. This jeep has never been in an accident. I also have a T bar that can be used to raise the hard top off the jeep that can go with the sale. I used the T bar with an electric winch to remove the top. The rubicon stickers are tired but that wouldn't be something that effects anything. High beams work, AC works, have the manual, heat works, fog lights work, everything that I can think of works or if it has an issue has been mentioned in this post. I am selling as this is not a family friendly vehicle and I need a car that is easier for my family and carseats.
