2003 VW Jetta GLS TDI 5dr Wagon - 5-speed manual transmission. The 4 cylinder 1.9L turbo diesel engine runs very smooth and gets great fuel mileage. White exterior and tan leather interior. Exterior has a few chips and scratches, please look at the pictures that were taken today. The interior is in good shape with a few scuffs. It currently has 175,033 miles on it and runs great. It is clean inside and out. It comes with standard GLS features. Features include 5-speed manual transmission, power sunroof, cold weather package (which includes heated front seats), power windows, power locks, power side mirrors, dual front and side airbags, premium Monsoon Stereo that includes a 6-cd changer and cassette tape player, factory alloy wheels, (see pictures for more details). The overall condition is good with some minor imperfections due to normal wear and tear. The glove box opener broke recently and is kept shut using a magnet repair kit. Front right turn blinker acrylic lens has fallen off and is sitting inside the headlight lens cover. We bought this vehicle brand new from a local VW dealer in 2003. Regular oil changes at every 10,000 as recommended. 90,000 - Timing belt replaced at 90,000. 141,065 - Replaced front & rear coil springs, struts, shocks. 145,780 - Lower control arm suspension bushings replaced. 145,780 - Wheel bearings replaced. 158,835 - Tires replaced (90,000 mile Michelins). 167,150 - Air Conditioning system compressor replaced. 170,275 - Valve cover gasket replaced. 170,275 - Brake pads replaced. 173,000 - ALH Injection Pump Resealed. 174,700 - Brake drum & manifold replaced.
